The Meiborui color digital workshop adopts the world's leading imported Japanese MIMAKI printer and domestic high-precision printer. The domestic printer adopts Japan Ricoh high-precision GH2220 print head and uses 3.5PL high-precision ink droplets. As early as 10 years ago, Meiborui has experimented with digital printing technology. During this period, a digital printing workshop was set up. It cost millions and introduced the first MIMAKI digital printer for the membrane switch industry from abroad. After years of exploration, We have successfully implemented a large-volume and multi-varieties digital printing production line. At present, we have upgraded the digital printing R&D and processing center. We have 6 MIMAKI digital printers and 6 domestic printers. Meiborui can achieve large-format and high precision effect and meet personalized requirements of customers both by imported and domestic machines. We use the latest printing technology in the world, our format can reach 600*500MM, the precision can reach 1200*1200, the printing speed is fast and the efficiency is high. So far, the entire equipment of Meiborui Color Digital workshop has not found a second in the field of membrane switch competition in the world.
